More about the operating principle
The ST-2943 is a set of fundamentally new scientific and technical solutions that allow accurate discrimination of four groups of materials by effective atomic number, as well as estimating the mass of cargo and individual objects with an error of no more than 10%
Operation of the system in the deep penetration mode for the object sections with reduced scanning speed allows to reach the penetration value of more than 460 mm for steel, which makes it possible to effectively inspect a number of bulk cargoes as well
The detection system is a precision arc-shaped mechanical construction with an integrated climate control system
The arc-shaped detector line allows to obtain x-ray images of the object being scanned with minimal geometric distortion and high spatial resolution, one of the best in the class of systems of this type
